Randy Richards has authored five novels, three plays one of which has been staged and performed. He has published multiple international scholarly articles primarily in the area of organizational behavior as well as business ethics. He has authored three non-fiction works. Additionally, he has written and produced a documentary film: The HeartLand Highway.
